Not later than five (5) days from the date of entry of the atta ched order, Plaintiffs&#039; counsel are ORDERED to submit to the Court an affidavit of their just costs and any actual expenses, including attorney fees, incurred as a result of the frivolous removal of this case as a "mass action" pursuant to 28 U.S.C. &#167; 1332, as amended by the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, Pub.
