September 6, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER denying #3 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis filed by David A. Crowe. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff shall pay the full filing fee of $400.00 for this action within twenty-one (21) days of the date of entry of this Order (on or before September 21, 2018). If Plaintiff fails to comply with this payment order in the time allotted by the Court, this case will be dismissed. Additionally, Plaintiff is ordered to SHOW CAUSE why his case should not be dismissed with prejudice as sanction for misleading the Court about his prior litigation history. Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE no later than twenty-one (21) days after the date of this Order (on or before September 21, 2018). If the Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to show cause why he should not be sanctioned by this deadline, an order shall be entered dismissing the Complaint with prejudice and this case shall be closed.
