ORDER: On November 1, 2018, the parties filed an Agreed Stipulation of Dismissal Without Prejudice with Leave to Reinstate (Doc. #6 ), asking that the Court dismiss this action without prejudice, with leave to reinstate the case on or before November 20, 2018. The stipulation further asks that the Court dismiss the case with prejudice on November 21, 2018. Rather than dismissing the case without prejudice only to reopen it shortly thereafter, the Court finds it is in the interest of judicial economy to wait until November 21, 2018. If Plaintiff has not filed a motion by that date to withdraw the Stipulation of Dismissal, the undersigned District Judge will direct the Clerk of Court to enter judgment of dismissal with prejudice, with each party bearing its own costs and fees.
