Plaintiff Scott Jenkins has filed suit pro se on behalf of himself and Jenkins Displays Co. As a corporate entity, Jenkins Displays Co. cannot appear pro se or through Jenkins. Instead, Jenkins Displays Co. must be represented by counsel. See Nocula v. UGS Corp., 520 F.3d 719, 725 (7th Cir. 2008)(noting that corporate entities cannot appear pro se and one pro se litigant cannot represent another). Accordingly, Plaintiff Jenkins Displays Co. shall appear through counsel no later than June 30, 2021. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of all claims filed on behalf of Jenkins Displays Co.
