OPINION AND ORDER DENYING as to Pla Marvin Jay Hochstetler and GRANTING as to Pla Monte Edwin Mueller 11 Amended Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim filed by Lake City Bank, 14 MOTION for Sanctions filed by Lake City Bank. This action is DISMISSED without prejudice as to Pla Marvin Jay Hochstetler and DISMISSED with prejudice as to Pla Monte Edwin Mueller. Clerk ORDERED that for any new or removed complaint filed by Monte Edwin Mueller in any division of this Court, Pla must pay a new filing fee and the case should be given a new case number.
