OPINION AND ORDER: Plaintiff's 18 Motion for Leave to Conduct Discovery and 19 Request for Evidentiary Hearing are DENIED. Plaintiff is afforded up to and including 6/26/13, to file a response to Defendant's 14 Motion to Disqualify. In addition, Defendant's 16 MOTION to Stay is GRANTED.
