If she does not do so the claim will be dismissed WITH PREJUDICE without further proceedings and this case will proceed on Plaintiff's federal claim under the Telephone C onsumer Protection Act. This matter will be set for a telephone scheduling conference by separate entry once Bridgepoint files its Answer to Jones' Complaint (or Amended Complaint, as the case may be).
