OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the Opinion and Order, the Court DENIES defendants' motion for summary judgment 33 , GRANTS defendants' motion for leave to file excess pages in support of their motion for summary judgment [ 30] and GRANTS defendants' motion to seal Exhibits E, G, I, K to their motion for summary judgment 32 . The Court ORDERS the parties to file a joint status report regarding their willingness to engage in a settlement conference before a Magistrate Judge by 3/2/2018.
