Filing 22 OPINION AND ORDER: The ALJ failed to determine whether the Plaintiffs situation more closely resembled Rule 201.12 or 202.13. The ALJ also failed to determine whether the jobs Plaintiff can perform meet the Agency version of the seated light work exception. Accordingly, this Court remands the ALJs decision. Signed by Judge Joseph S Van Bokkelen on 6/29/2018. (jss) |
