OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 29 Motion for Partial Dismissal of plaintiff Alicia Purcell's Amended Complaint filed by defendants. Plaintiff's ADEA claim is dismissed in its entirety. Plaintiff's Title VII c laim is dismissed against the individual defendants and dismissed as it relates to the decision to not renew plaintiff's employment for another year of service as lecturer. Plaintiff's Title VII claim will proceed against Indiana Universit y and the Indiana University Board of Trustees under plaintiff's theory regarding the alleged pay disparity between plaintiff and her male colleagues.
