OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING 16 MOTION (Partial) to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim by Defendants Winnebago Industries Inc, Winnebago of Indiana LLC. Plaintiff Forest River Inc's claims concerning trade dress infringement under the Lanham A ct, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), in Count I of the Complaint, and under common law in Count III, are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
