GRANTS IUHLP Liquidation's motion for ju dgment on the pleadings 87 to the extent the claims asserted under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 seek to hold IUHLP Liquidation vicariously liable for the acts or omissions of its employees, and DENIED the motion in all other respects.
