Court also DENIES 28 Sec ond Motion to Seal Settlement Agreement. Wabash has by "cross-motion" asked the Court to direct the parties to execute the May 23 draft agreement. Wabash provides no authority or argument in support of its "cross-motion," and regardless the motion violates N.D. Ind. Local Rule 7-1(a), so the Court declines to address the request.
