The Report filed as DE #9 is ADOPTED as follows: Initial Disclosures to be exchanged by 9/3/2021. All discovery, including all expert discovery, to be completed by 7/15/2022. Depositions limited to 7 per side. Plaintiff expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the defendant by 4/15/2022. Defendant expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the plaintiff by 5/31/2022. Parties anticipate the case should be ready for a 4 day jury trial by August 15, 2022. Mark A. Scott appointed as mediator.
