Filing 19 ORDER - Defendants' Partial Motion to Dismiss 9 is GRANTED in its entirety. Count I as against Anderson, Count II, and Counts III-VII are DISMISSED. Also, Defendants had three days beyond those allowed by Local Rule 7.1(b) to file their Reply because service of Plaintiffs' Response was accomplished by electronic filing.
