ENTRY - Plaintiff Michael McGuigan brings this suit for judicial review of the defendant Commissioner's decision denying his application for disability-insurance benefits under the Social Security Act. The parties consented to this magistrate judge conducting all proceedings in this case including trial, the entry of final judgment, and all post-trial proceedings. [Docs. 5 and 14 .].
