ENTRY ON JUDICIAL REVIEW - Plaintiff, Jennifer Keller ("Keller") requests judicial review of the final decision of the Defendant, Carolyn W. Colvin, Commissioner of Social Security ("Commissioner"), wherein the Commissioner den ied her application for Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits ("DIB") and Supplemental Security Income ("SSI") under Titles II and XVI, respectively, of the Social Security Act.1 For the reasons stated below, the Court REVERSES and REMANDS the Commissioner's final decision. *See order.
