Filing 87 ORDER ON DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT - For the foregoing reasons, the Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (Filing No. 50 ) is GRANTED. Summary judgment is granted to each of the Defendants on all claims asserted by Ol iverio. The Court will issue Final Judgment under separate order. The Court will allow the parties an opportunity to respond to Plaintiff's Motion for Sanctions & Motion to Compel (Filing No. 86 ).
