The Court GRANTS in part and DENIES in part the Defendants' Motion for Leave to Submit Documents for In Camera Review (dkt. 75 ), and GRANTS Defendants' Motion for Entry of Protective Order with modifications (dkt. 78 ). The Court finds that the documents submitted for in camera review are not privileged and therefore Defenda nts are ORDERED to produce the four (4) documents in question within seven (7) days of the date of this Order.
