ENTRY ON PARTIES' CROSS-MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT - For the reasons set forth above, the Court finds that Anthem's denial of Stafford's claim for long- term disability benefits was not arbitrary and capricious. Therefore, Stafford's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment (Filing No. 23 ) is DENIED, and Anthem's Motion for Summary Judgment (Filing No. 21 ) is GRANTED. (See Entry.) Signed by Judge Tanya Walton Pratt on 3/17/2017. (JLS) Modified on 3/17/2017 (JLS).
