Filing 26 ENTRY - Plaintiff Raydeen Jessee brought this suit for judicial review of the defendant Commissioner of Social Security's denial of his application for disability benefits under the Supplemental Security Income program of the Social Securi ty Act. The Commissioner's decision denying Mr. Jessee's claim for S.S.I. benefits will be reversed and the claim will be remanded for reconsideration of Mr. Jessee's impairments at step three.
