January 17, 2017	Filing 3 Entry Dismissing Complaint and Directing Further Proceedings - The plaintiff shall have through February 17, 2017, in which to either pay the $400.00 filing fee for this action or demonstrate that he lacks the financial ability to do so. If he seeks leave to proceed in forma pauperis, his request must be accompanied by a certificate of his inmate trust account (or institutional equivalent) during the 6-month period preceding the filing of the complaint on January 12, 2017. The plaintif f's complaint must be dismissed for each of the reasons set forth above. The plaintiff shall have through February 17, 2017, in which to show cause why Judgment consistent with this Entry should not issue or to identify a viable claim which wa s not considered by the Court in this Entry. The clerk is instructed to update the plaintiff's Indiana Department of Correction inmate number to 921113 on the docket. (See Entry.) Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail. Signed by Judge William T.
