ORDER ON DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS - Defendants', Conifer Health Solutions, LLC and Conifer Revenue Cycle Solutions, LLC (collectively "Conifer's"), 26 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. Counts Two (Breach of Express Warr anty), Three (Unjust Enrichment), and Four (Gross Negligence and/or Wanton and Willful Misconduct Sufficient to Justify Punitive Damages), of Plaintiff Reid Hospital & Health Care Services, Inc.'s, Amended Complaint are hereby DISMISSED without PREJUDICE.
