ORDER Dismissing Action as Duplicative, Denying Motions as Moot, and Directing Entry of Final Judgment - If a case is duplicative of a previously filed pending case, it should be dismissed as duplicative. There is no reason for duplicative lawsuits which drain scarce judicial resources. Accordingly, this action is dismissed without prejudice. Because this action is dismissed, Mr. Bryant's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is denied as moot. His motion for assistance with recruiting counsel, dkt. #3 , is also denied as moot. Final judgment consistent with this Order shall now enter (SEE ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION).
