Filing 5 FINAL JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO FED. R. CIV. PRO. 58 - For the reasons detailed in the accompanying Order, the Court now enters FINAL JUDGMENT. The action is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail. Signed by Judge Tanya Walton Pratt on 11/13/2018.(NAD) |
Filing 4 Entry Dismissing Complaint for Lack of Jurisdiction and Directing Entry of Final Judgment - Mr. Patel may genuinely believe that there is a broad local and federal conspiracy to monitor his conversations in order to hurt his future political opportunities, but that belief is so implausible that it cannot be the basis of a federal claim. When it is determined that a court lacks jurisdiction, its only course of action is to announce that fact and dismiss the case. Given the dismissal of this action, the motion to appoint counsel, dkt #2 , is denied. Judgment dismissing this action for lack of jurisdiction shall now be entered. (See Entry.) Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail. Signed by Judge Tanya Walton Pratt on 11/13/2018. (NAD) |
