December 20, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 4 Order Directing Payment of Filing Fee or Submission of Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis - Mr. Perry shall pay the $400 filing fee for this action to the clerk of the district court no later than January 18, 2019, or demonstrate his financial inability to do so. However, no such motion has been filed in the three weeks since the complaint was filed. If Mr. Perry intends to seek in forma pauperis status, his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, properly documented with a copy of his inmate trust account financial transactions for the six-month period preceding the commencement of this action (May 28, 2018 - November 28, 2018), shall be filed no later than January 18, 2019. The failure to resolve the filing fee issue by this deadline may result in the dismissal of this action for failing to pay the filing fee.
