Order Granting Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis ECF No. #3 - Plaintiff Tomessa McGraw seeks leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Her motion is supported by an accompanying declaration demonstrating that she lacks the financial ability to prepay the filing fee. Therefore, the motion to proceed in forma pauperis ECF No. #3 is granted. While in forma pauperis status allows the plaintiff to proceed without pre-payment of the filing fee, the plain-tiff remains liable for the full fee.
