Order - Dismissing Case as Duplicative. "The district court has broad discretion to dismiss a complaint for reasons of wise judicial administration... whenever it is duplicative of a parallel action already pending in another federal court." The plaintiff's complaint in this case is virtually identical to his complaint in Case No. 1:19-cv-03764-JPH-TAB, which is pending in this Court. The complaints are written on different forms, but they raise the same claims against the same defendants and seek the same relief. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice as duplicative. Judgment consistent with this Order shall now issue. Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail.
