Filing 25 Order Terminating Motion for Clarification and Denying Motion for Docket Sheet and Motions to Inform - Plaintiff Jasper Fraziers motion for clarification filed on December 26, 2019, discusses certain mail he has sent to the Court. That motion, dkt. #13 , is terminated as a motion because he does not seek any relief from the Court in that motions. Similarly, in his first motion to inform filed on December 26, 2019, he states that a prison official has failed to investigate his grievances. He does not request relief in that motion or show that he is entitled to any relief at this point. That motion, dkt. #14 , is also denied. His second motion to inform states that GEO Group has not allowed him to attend religious services. Again, he does not request relief from this Court in that motion. Further, his complaint has not yet been screened and therefore his claims in this case have not yet been identified. So it is uncertain whether his allegations regarding religious services are related to the claims in this case. Accordingly, the second motion to inform, dkt. #15 , is denied. Mr. Frazier is notified that he need not inform the Court of every incident that he experiences in prison. He should focus his efforts in this case on his claims after the complaint has been screened. And if he seeks relief from the Court, he should state specifically what relief he seeks and the basis for granting such relief. Mr. Fraziers motion to the clerk asking for a docket sheet states that he believes his mail to the Court has been tampered with. He asks for a copy of the envelope he sent to the Court. That motion, dkt. #18 , as well as the motion to inform that the defendants are retaliating against him regarding his legal mail, dkt. #20 , are denied as unnecessary. The Court notes that Mr. Frazier has submitted at least 15 filings in this case since it was filed in November of 2019. This gives the Court no reason to believe that his mail is being thwarted. Filing 24 Order Discussing Motion to Proceed in forma pauperis - The Court previously explained that it could not rule on plaintiff Jasper Fraziers motion to proceed in forma pauperis because he did not provide a copy of the transaction history associated with his institution trust account for the six-month period preceding the filing of this action. Dkt. 5. He has since, however, made payments toward the filing fee. In these circumstances, the motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted. Although Plaintiff is excused from pre- paying the full filing fee, he still must pay the three hundred and fifty ($350.00) filing fee pursuant to the statutory formula set forth in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2) when able. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1) (the prisoner shall be required to pay the full amount of a filing fee.). (Copy to Plaintiff via U.S. mail) Signed by Judge James R. Sweeney II on 1/10/2020. (JDC) |

In his motion to enforce, Mr. Frazier asks the Court to enforce GEO Group for a six-month account balance. That motion, dkt. #3 , is denied to the extent that Mr. Frazier has not shown the need for such relief at this time. Mr. Frazier should request a six-month account balance from his prison facility and submit it to the Court with the above case number in the caption. He shall have through January 3, 2019, to do so.
