ORDER - Pro se Plaintiff Robert P. Baston's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma Pauperis, dkt. #2 , is denied. Because he has not provided information showing that he is unable to pay the filing fee, the Court will not waive the filing fee. If Plaintiff has the funds, he should pay the filing fee. This Order serves as a bill that the $400.00 filing fee is owed. In the alternative, if he does not have the funds, Plaintiff may file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis with the appropriate supporting documentation, specifically his inmate trust fund account statement. No further action will occur in this matter until either the fee is paid or the appropriate supporting document is filed. Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail.
