ORDER - Mr. Garland shall have through September 14, 2020, to show cause why the court should not dismiss this action as duplicative of Garland v. GEO Grp., no. 1:20-cv-01540-JRS-DML. Mr. Garland's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted to the extent his is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $147.17. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). If Mr. Garland wishes to pursue this case separate from the 01540 case, he shall have through September 14, 2020, in which to pay the sum of $147.17 to the Clerk of the District Court..
