Filing 4 ORDER - Plaintiff Christopher Leroy Williams, a pro se prisoner in the Bartholomew County Jail ("the Jail") in Columbus, Indiana, filed this civil rights action on October 9, 2020, Dkt. 1. Mr. Williams simultaneously moved for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Mr. Williams failed to submit an account statement for the six months preceding October 9, 2020, the date the complaint was filed. Mr. Williams is allowed forty (40) days from the date of this order to submit a certified prison account statement for the six-month period preceding October 9, 2020, roughly speaking, from early-April 2020 through early-October 2020. To facilitate this, the clerk is directed to send a copy of this Order to the Bartholomew County Sheriff. We will reserve our ruling on Mr. Williams's motion to proceed in forma pauperis until he submits these materials, or the 40-day deadline passes, whichever comes first. Copies Mailed.
