Filing 3 ORDER - Pro se Plaintiff Matthew G. Olsen has filed a Complaint without paying the filing fee. Mr. Olsen shall have through December 28, 2020 in which to either pay the $400.00 filing fee for this action or demonstrate that he lacks the financial ability to do so by submitting an affidavit setting forth the income and assets he possesses, indicating that he is unable to prepay the fees, and stating his belief that he is entitled to redress. 28 U.S.C. 1915(a). If Mr. Olsen seeks to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee, he shall file a motion using the form attached to this Order. In addition, because Mr. Olsen is a prisoner currently in custody, he must also file "a certified copy of the trust fund account statement (or institutional equivalent) for the prisoner for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint... obtained from the appropriate official of each prison at which the prisoner is or was confined." 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). Failure to either pay the filing fee or seek leave to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee by the date specified in this Order may result in dismissal of this action without further notice.
