March 22, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ORDER granting Plaintiff's #7 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis to the extent that the plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of five dollars and ten cents ($5.10). See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1) (A). The plaintiff shall have through April 26, 2021, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court.
