Filing 6 ORDER - Plaintiff Johnnie Parker originally filed this lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and the case was transferred to this Court on June 7, 2021. [Filing No. 1; Filing No. 2.] A review of the docket in the Northern District of Indiana and in this Court indicates that Mr. Parker has neither paid the $402 filing fee nor filed a Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. [See Parker v. Harlow, et al., No. 1:2 1- cv-225 (N.D. Ind.).] Mr. Parker shall have through July 2, 2021, in which to either pay the $402 filing fee for this action or demonstrate that he lacks the financial ability to do so by filing a Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, indicating that he is unable to prepay the fees, and stating his belief that he is entitled to redress. 28 U.S.C. 1915(a). Should Mr. Parker file a Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, he must use the form attached as an exhibit to this Order. As stated on the form, Mr. Parker must attach a printout of his prison trust account statement showing transactions for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of his request to proceed in forma pauperis, and showing the current balance of his account. A failure to either pay the $402 filing fee by July 2, 2021 or to file a Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis by that date may result in the dismissal of this action.
