ORDER Granting in Part and Denying in Part Motion for Copies and Documents - Plaintiff Bradley J. Harris has filed a motion asking for: (1) copies of the docket sheet, complaint, and all orders in this case; and (2) blank subpoenas. Mr. Harris's copy request is granted, but his request for blank subpoenas is denied. Mr. Harris has not yet paid the filing fee in this case or filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. If he does so and his complaint survives screening, he will have the opportunity to engage in discovery, which might include issuing subpoenas. Any discovery in this case would be premature at this time. Accordingly, Mr. Harris's motion, dkt. [ #5 ], is granted in part and denied in part. The clerk is directed to include copies of the following with Mr. Harris's copy of this Order: (1) the public docket sheet; (2) the complaint, dkt. #1 ; and (3) the notices docketed as dkts. #2 , #3 , and #4 .
