Mr. Crain's motion to amend his motion for counsel, dkt. #6 , is GRANTED to the extent that the Court has reviewed his motion for counsel consistent with the minor corrections he identified in this motion. Mr. Crain's motion for counsel, dkt. #10 , is DENIED without prejudice as outlined in Part II of this Order. The clerk is directed to send Mr. Crain a blank form motion for assistance with recruiting counsel, along with his copy of this Order. Copies sent pursuant to distribution list. (See Order).
