ORDER - GRANTING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS, SCREENING COMPLAINT, AND DIRECTING ISSUANCE OF PROCESS; Mr. Greer's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #3 , is granted. This action will proceed with claims against all defendants based on the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and the Eighth Amendment (pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983). All other claims are dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. The claims discussed in Part II(C) are the only claims the Court has identified in the complaint. If Mr. Greer believes he asserted additional claims that the Court did not address, he must notify the Court no later than July 22, 2022. The clerk is directed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) to issue process to the defendants in the manner specified by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(d). Process will consist of the complaint, dkt. #2 , applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this order.
