Filing 10 ORDER - Tyrell D. Morris, an inmate at Plainfield Correctional Facility, has filed this lawsuit alleging violations of his civil rights. The Court previously granted his motion to proceed in forma pauperis and ordered him to pay an initial partial filing fee of $14.07. Dkt. #8 . Mr. Morris has moved for reconsideration of that Order, arguing that he currently has a balance of $13.27 in his inmate trust account, and that his only income from his monthly state pay. The motion to reconsider, dkt. #9 , is denied. Rather than lower the initial partial filing fee, the Court will extend Mr. Morris' deadline to pay the initial partial filing fee to March 1, 2023.
