ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR COPIES - The Court acknowledges that Mr. Pargo's case is related to another civil action pending before this Court, see Jackson et al. v. Holcomb et al., No. 1:21-cv- 03120-JPH-KMB. See dkt. 9 ("This civil action is related to Cause Number 1:21-cv- 03120-JPH-KMB because both cases arise out of the plaintiffs' alleged exposure to unsafe water at Pendleton Correctional Facility). The Court further notes that Mr. Pargo's motion lists cause No. 1:21-cv-03120-JPH-KMB. Though Mr. Pargo's case is related to that cause number, he is not a plaintiff in that action, and therefore, he cannot submit filings in that action. Mr. Pargo must submit filings in his own case, the instant action, and must use the cause number in the caption above. To the extent Mr. Pargo is seeking copies of documents filed in the related action, his motion, dkt. [ #13 ], is DENIED. To the extent Mr. Pargo is seeking copies of documents filed in his own case, the instant action, his motion, dkt. [ #13 ], is GRANTED to the extent that the clerk is directed to send to Mr. Pargo a copy of the public docket sheet for this action, along with his copy of this Order. Mr. Pargo may use the public docket sheet to identify what specific docket entries he seeks copies of and may then file a motion for copies to request those specific docket entries.
