ORDER: Plaintiff Homesite Insurance Company brought this action on August 16, 2023, against Defendants James E. Fleek and Melissa Fleek. In its complaint, Plaintiff asserts federal subject matter jurisdiction based on complete diversity of citizenship, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332. However, because Plaintiff has failed to adequately allege the parties' citizenship and the amount in controversy, on our own motion, we direct Plaintiff to file an amended complaint curing the deficiencies noted below.
