Order Directing Clerk to Return Documents and Close Case - On August 12, 2024, John Eric Thomas filed a complaint in this Court. Dkt. #1 . On July 2, 2024, this Court prohibited Mr. Thomas from filing new papers until he pays $1,215.00 for the filing fees he owes in two cases: Thomas v. Quarrier, et al., 1:23-cv- 01952- JPH-TAB, and Thomas v. John, et al., 1:24-cv-00704-JRS-KMB. There is no indication that Mr. Thomas has paid his outstanding fees or that his filing restriction has been rescinded. So, The clerk is directed to strike from the docket and return all documents as unfiled. The clerk is directed to void any file stamp from this Court on the documents, terminate all pending motions, and close this action on the docket. (See Order.) Copy to Plaintiff via US mail.
