ENTRY Granting Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, Vacating Status Conference, and Directing Entry of Final Judgment - Mr. Drucker has not identified a genuine issue of material fact as to his claims that the defendants were delibera tely indifferent to his serious medical needs. Therefore, the defendants' 93 motion for summary judgment [dkt. 93] must be granted and Mr. Drucker's 105 motion to oppose summary judgment [dkt. 105] is denied. Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue. The status conference set for December 17, 2014, is vacated. **SEE ENTRY** Signed by Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson on 11/26/2014. (AH)
