Entry Discussing Motion for Summary Judgment and Directing Entry of Final Judgment - The record in this case establishes that the defendants' medical treatment of Mr. Rosales' knee between 2009 and 2012 was appropriate and within the sta ndard of care. It was the outside orthopedic surgeon who decided not to proceed with an arthroscopy as he believed it would not improve Mr. Rosales' symptoms, and who concluded that conservative management was appropriate. Mr. Rosales has fai led to show that the defendants were deliberately indifferent to his serious medical needs and the defendants are entitled to judgment as a matter of law. For these reasons the 84 motion for summary judgment is granted. Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue. (See Entry) Signed by Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson on 1/4/2016. (GSO)
