Filing 192 ORDER CONSOLIDATING CASES - On September 12, 2018, the Court issued Orders to Show Cause in Cause No. 2:16-cv-00471-JMS-MJD [Dkt. 183 ] and Cause No. 2:18-cv-00317-JMS-MJD [Dkt. 37 ] ordering the parties to "show cause why these actions shou ld not be consolidated pursuant to Rule 42(a)." Martin, Nurse Hobson, and Dr. Young were deliberately indifferent to Wolfe's serious medical needs in violation of his Eighth Amendment rights. All other claims are dismissed and all other defendants shall be terminated as defendants i n this action.
