Filing 100 ENTRY GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT - The motion for summary judgment, dkt. 70 , is granted as to the claim against Dr. Kuenzli and denied as to the claim against Nurse Cynthia York. The plainti ff's motions for status of case, dkt. 98 and 99 , are granted to the extent that his surreply was considered by the Court. The claim against Nurse York will be resolved either through settlement or trial. The parties shall have through June 1, 2020, in which to renew their statements regarding whether setting this matter for a settlement conference with the Magistrate Judge would be beneficial.
