Order on Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis - Plaintiff Christopher A. Underwood's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1)(A), an initial partial filing fee of eight dollars and eighty cents ($8.80) is assessed and shall be paid to the clerk of the district court no later than October 22, 2018.
