February 8, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 9 Order Discussing Filing Fee, Screening Complaint, and Directing Service of Process - Mr. Hart's First Amendment retaliation claims against Mr. Carpenter and Mr. Davis shall proceed. Mr. Hart's Fourteenth Amendment right to visitations from his family members claim and First Amendment denial of access to courts claim against Warden Richard Brown shall proceed. If the plaintiff believes that additional claims were alleged in the complaint, but not identified by the Court he shall have through March 8, 2019, in which to identify those claims. The clerk is directed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c) (3) to issue process to defendants (1) Warden Richard Brown; (2) Mr. Carpenter; and (3) Mr. Davis in the manner specified by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint (docket #1 ), applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Order. The clerk is directed to serve the Indiana Department of Correction employees electronically. The clerk is directed to update the docket to reflect that defendant "Superintendent" is "Warden Richard Brown." (See Order.) Copy to Plaintiff via U.S. Mail. Signed by Judge James R.
