Filing 4 Entry Directing Payment of Filing Fee, Screening Complaint, and Directing Further Proceedings - Plaintiff Claude Hudson, an inmate at the Putnamville Correctional Facility, brings this lawsuit alleging that his civil rights have been violated. As discussed below, Mr. Hudson must pay the filing fee or receive leave to proceed in forma pauperis before this case can proceed. In addition, Mr. Hudson's complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted and must be dismissed. Mr. Hudson's complaint must be dismissed for each of the reasons set forth above.
