Order Dismissing Case - On March 4, 2010, Plaintiff Jermaine Ford filed a complaint against Lucinda Estes for pain and suffering and emotional stress resulting from a car accident. (ECF No. 1.) Because Plaintiff failed to properly invoke federal jurisdiction, this Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause by March 31, 2020 why his Complaint should not be dismissed.
